Our mandate

To provide the best comprehensive range of Information Technology products and associated services resulting in a ‘total solution’ for your computing needs. We will achieve this by sourcing only quality branded products and backing this up with a high level of in-house service and support.


JH Computer Services was established in 1978 and began by supplying a range of computer industry consumable items, such as paper, ribbons, magnetic media and diskette products.

The Chief Executive Officer, Jennifer Clay joined and purchased the company in 1981. With the emerging personal computer market at the time, she further geared the organisation toward servicing the market in WA. In 1987, Jennifer took on other brands – Epson, Acer and NEC hardware to complement the existing product range.

During this period, JH Computer Services was establishing itself as a highly regarded supplier of quality computer products and services to corporate, government, and business computer users in Western Australia. Our mission is to supply quality information technology solutions and services.

Ryan Nelson joined JH Computer Services as an Account Manager in 1991 and is now the sales manager of the company. Tim Sargent joined in 1994 initially in the service department, and then managed our wholesale company Compu Wholesale until 2010. He then re-joined JHCS as a Key account manager and is now the general manager of JHCS and ServiceWest.

Today, JH Computer Services has a number of valued supplier partnerships with well-respected companies. We are a certified supplier for Acer, Dell, Microsoft, Lexmark, Panasonic, Mitsubishi and Hewlett Packard.

Together with Jennifer Clay, the team of highly skilled salespeople, support staff and IT experts have been instrumental in taking JH Computer Services to new heights. We currently employ 12 service & support personnel and have eight vehicles providing on-site support. Together we hold a number of industry accreditations ensuring our ability to consistently provide our customers with a ‘total solution.’
