JH Computer Services Pty Ltd exists to give customers a total service: A “Total Quality Solution” to their computing needs.

The management and staff of JH Computer Services Pty Ltd recognise that a commitment to quality throughout our company is essential if we are to continue to be competitive and to supply our clients with the best products and services.

We have, therefore developed and implemented a comprehensive Quality Management System which complies with Australian Standard ISO 9001:2000, now known as ISO 9002:2000.

In order to achieve such total product and service quality throughout our company, all of our management and staff are expected to be individually and collectively responsible for ensuring that our Quality Management System is implemented, maintained and monitored in order to continually improve.

We will provide and review objectives that will allow us to provide our clients with a comprehensive range of information processing products and associated services which will result in the total solution for their computing needs. We aim to achieve this by using suppliers who have quality standards commensurate with our own and by providing our clients with quality products and excellent service, while at all times acting with total integrity.

Our Quality Management System ensures that everyone who comes into contact with the company, whether they are existing or potential clients, suppliers, service providers or others, are treated alike as valued members of our network who deserve the best that our company has to offer.
