JH Computer Services - About UsJH Computer Services was established in 1978 to supply a range of computer industry consumable items, such as paper, ribbons, magnetic media and diskette products. Our Chief Executive Officer, Jennifer Clay joined and purchased the company in 1981. With the emerging personal computer market at the time, Jennifer further geared the organisation toward servicing the market in WA and in 1987 took on Epson, Acer and NEC hardware to compliment the existing product range. During this period, JH Computer Services was establishing itself as a highly regarded supplier of quality computer products and services to Corporate, Government, and Business computer users in Western Australia. Our mission was and still is to supply Quality Information Technology Solutions and Services. Michael Miller joined the company in 1989 as a Junior Technician and Ryan Nelson joined in 1991 as an account manager, Ryan is now Sales Manager of J H Computer Services. Together with Jennifer Clay these people have been instrumental in taking us to where we are today. As Michael progressed through the company, he expressed a desire to ultimately run the company when Jennifer retires. Together, Jennifer & Michael have formulated a succession plan, which included Michael studying and achieving his MBA in 2001. Michael is now General Manager, J H Computer Services and ServiceWest. The AS3902 (now AS/NZS ISO 9002: 1994) Quality Assurance standard was completed in August 1993, demonstrating JH Computer Services ability to meet all government requirements for standards of service. Our mandate is clear: To provide the best comprehensive range of Information Technology products and associated services resulting in a "total solution" for your computing needs. We will achieve this by sourcing only quality branded products and backing this up with a high level of in-house service and support. Today, JH Computer Services has a number of valued supplier partnerships with well-respected companies. JH Computer Services is a supplier for Acer, Computer Associates, Microsoft, Toshiba, Lexmark, Mitsubishi and Hewlett Packard. We deal with the distribution, supply, servicing and support of computer systems, peripherals, printers and all associated equipment. A key part of the ongoing success of the company is the backup and support from our service arm, ServiceWest. We currently employ over 12 service & support personnel and have 8 vehicles providing on-site support. Together we hold a number of industry accreditations ensuring our ability to consistently provide our customers with a "total solution".
